When I moved my loved one into this facility I was prepared for her to finish out her life at the facility. Fast forward to August I could not get her out of there quick enough! The director does not return phone calls when you call to inquire about your loved one. The director and the management staff are rude and condescending to family members, residents and the employees. Today was our check in day for mom at Vitality Court. On a day that could have been very traumatic the entire staff was so very kind and courteous. Every single person went out of their way to make sure all of our questions were answered and that mom was as comfortable and welcomed as possible. Off to a great start. Bless you!! 5 stars!
Under a mandatory evacuation and a Cat 4 Hurricane heading straight for Victoria, trying to get our own houses and families taken care of, Vitality loaded up the residents on a bus and evacuated them safely to San Antonio where they stayed on the Riverwalk for over a week.
