Just with one section I was able to sleep better and the less pain on my right arm/shoulder and lower back
Highly, highly recommended. Been to several chiropractors over the years and by far, this is the best. I had sciatica so badly, I couldn't stand for more than 5 minutes, and sleep was near impossible. Dr. Dave and Dr. Grace have been treating me for neck, back and joint pain in my hands for about a year. Vitality Chiropractic has changed my life. I've worked with Dr. Grace for eight months, and my confidence, emotional and physical health, happiness, and overall well-being have increased dramatically. I have tried so many different self-help methods; this has been the most effective and rapid recovery I've ever felt before. I have recommended her to at least six friends, and family members, who I've seen continue to come back because they have seen the benefits or started the road to recovery.
I have been going to see Dr. Dave for about 2 months. So far is has been great. Pain on my lower back has went from 8/10 to about 4/10 and more localized. My blood pressure actually in normal range and with less meds. So I am looking forward to the near future when I can go back to running and hiking.
