After a motor vehicle accident, I’ve been seeing both the chiropractor and counselor at Vitality, and only a few weeks in I’m already noticing real improvement. Both doctors are thorough, attentive, and actually take the time to listen. The chiropractic adjustments have brought significant pain relief, and the counseling support has been just as valuable — dealing with the mental side of an accident is just as important as the physical, and having both under one roof makes recovery so much easier

Dr. Warring is excellent. He takes the time to walk you through the healing process. He gives clear step by step direction on how he will help you help yourself get healthy. He has helped me regain my flexibility and he continues to help me remain healthy. I definitely recommend booking an appointment with him. He has leveraged his knowledge in Grastons, ART, Chiro, and dry needling to keep me feeling great. And for that I am truly grateful 🙏. Thank you Dr Warring.

I’ve had a great experience here. The chiropractor is extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to explain what’s going on, and actually listens. I had a chronic knee issue that has completely healed. The adjustments are effective, professional, and tailored to what your body needs — not a one-size-fits-all approach. I had a neck hump from years of poor posture and phone use and was relieved when Dr. Warring explained it was reversible. He was kind, knowledgeable, and gave me simple daily exercises while explaining the science behind it. I noticed improvement sooner than I expected, and with consistency my posture improved. After about a year I’m now completely neck-hump free. Very grateful.
