Loved the energy work that happened at Vitality yesterday. I went there feeling, horrible - physically & mentally. I know that because if it, I was putting off some serious negative and stressful vibes, only to be greeted with smiles and a knowing that I just didn’t seem right (no judgement though just genuine concern). I've just started my journey at Vitality but I already feel like a new person. Everyone is super - caring, loving, compassionate and embracing.
You don’t realize what is good until it’s gone... 1.5 weeks without network care for both my children and I and are bodies clearly were imbalanced, negative, anxious, and short tempered. Today we are back at it and after one treatment... ahh what a relief!!! We truly love what the treatments do for us. Best friendliest staff ever!

So glad that I went to the health reorganizational work shop.
