I have been a customer for several pharmacies in the past years however I had very bad experiences until I became a customer or a patient with Vitalis Pharmacy and it was like my day. The pharmacist, Mr. Ramon and all the helpers are no less than platinum standard. Always helpful, always cheerful, always knowledgeable. We got chronic care management because we were told they can help keep an eye on multiple chronic conditions at the same time. Honestly, it’s been great. It feels like we now have continuous monitoring with all the latest technology behind it. If something looks off, my doctor gets an alert. I was like, really? That’s amazing. I really appreciate Dr. Larsen bringing this kind of service to our community here in Salt Lake County. It gives families like ours a lot more peace of mind.
By far the best pharmacy I’ve ever associated with. The staff here are so friendly and you can tell the pharmacist really cares about his customers. I don’t go here only for my prescriptions I also go for UPS service, making copies, faxing, notary public and right on the corner is the mailbox. The location of this pharmacy is so convenient. Recommended Vitalis to everyone I know.
