We have service of Preventive care and we have 100% cover from my Health Insurance. Even I have explain and show them about my plan details of cover but they still charged us. They said after they claim on my insurance if it not require an copay they will adjust it for me. But now after a month still hear nothing from them. I have call them and the lady tell me: "anyone come here need to pay the copay no matter what". Really???
