Terrible - DO NOT GO. You will waste your time. I have tried THREE TIMES. Giving the benefit of the doubt. But never again. I booked for a plasma donation, each time. The first time they claimed they NEEDED to also take my red cells....I let it slide Second time, though everything was scheduled, they claimed they could only take my plasma with platelets.
