My fiancé and I came November 14 and we had the 5:30/6pm slots. The ladies working were wonderful! They made us feel comfortable and just made us laugh! They made the experience amazing! We will be back every two months!
My sister and I went to donate blood yesterday. The employees working there did such a great job! They were experienced, friendly, and were so great about calming our nerves for the donation. This is a great place to donate and the staff is excellent.
Update: I continue to donate at this location regularly and they recently remodeled the whole place. The improvements are very nice. The check-in rooms are completely new, the donation chair/beds are excellent. I think they replaced all of their equipment. The team at Vitalant makes the whole donation experience stress free and comfortable. Everyone who works there is very nice to talk to, very well trained in the steps to take my vitals, prepare for and take the donation. They always offer to help set up my next donation.
