I had never donated before but needed to because my blood is to thick. I had a 3:30 P.M. appointment . The tech that took my blood was really good. He was nice and pleasant. The young woman at the front desk and I didn't get her name but she has short red hair. She was very pleasant and helpful. She was easy to talk to and explained things very well. The entire process only took about 45 minutes and that included waiting for the fifteen minutes after I was done giving the blood.
They don’t like my blood type so they wouldn’t let me donate the double red I wanted .. told to go elsewhere i’m A positive

Hannah was great! I've been donating there for years. Would be nice if they replaced the refrigerator that has been broken down for months. It's a real eyesore. The bathroom could use updating. It's dingy and well used. I enjoy donating blood for those that need it.
Do not give them your contact information. I donated blood here one time and they will not stop calling me and emailing me almost daily. I have asked to be removed from their lists but they do not stop. I will never go back to this place. It's ridiculous that the robo dialer dials me everyday sometimes twice a day
