I’ve been donating blood with Vitalant for 22 years and used to go to their downtown location. Two of five of my visits to this new center have been a disaster. In my first visit an amateur nurse completely missed my good vein and insisted on moving the needle around in my arm to try to get more blood. A second “more senior” nurse tried to draw blood from my other arm, also missed, and then tore my skin trying to get more blood. The clinic was super clean, huge parking garage right next door, very friendly staff, and the selection of post donation snacks was next level!
Did it on Thanksgiving Morning. The staff were all professionals, straight to the point, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place if you need to donate blood. A plus is the early sign in so that you can save time and get down the important questions. Happy Holidays!

Gave my wife a hematoma and pain by attempting to draw blood. Terribly incompetent staff, wouldn't recommend.
