I have been donating for 5 years and even having my vein escaping, getting a bruise and giving a hard time to the staff, I still love them all, nice snacks, very attentive and my teen sin and my hubby loved having their 1st blood draw at there. Thank you all! I feel like a hero, helping people in need.

Work on a bit more flexible customer service when one arrives 8 minutes early and is asked to wait outside in the hot sun. I don't think the waiting room cares, do you Vitalant. Apparently the new ambitious young lady did at the front.
This was my second time donating blood at this Vitalant location, and it's officially become my favorite. The entire visit took about 95 minutes, plus around 15 minutes for the health screening before my donation. Even though I arrived late for my original 2:00 PM appointment, the receptionist was incredibly kind and accommodated me by moving my appointment to 3:00 PM, which I really appreciated. The guy nurse was very very bad when I was did the blood donation before that he was hurt my body very painful please fire him right away please nobody likes his blood donation service fire him please
