This was my first time at this location, although I've donated with Vitalant downtown 5+ times before. Pros - It was easy to schedule an appointment and I was seen right away when I arrived. Check-in was also super quick and pleasant with my fast track. I love that they had smartfood white cheddar popcorn, my fave! :) Cons - I removed 2 stars because my phlebotomist was either inexperienced or careless. 土曜日もアポイントが取れました。 中は広々としています。空調のせいか少し肌寒いです。ブランケットをリクエストするとブランケットをかけてくれます。通常の献血(whole blood) では1時間以内で終わりました。(問診やヘモグロビンチェックなど全てを含みます) スタッフの方たちもフレンドリーで親切でした。

Very easy process and the staff was super nice and helpful! They make you feel so comfortable. I will definitely be donating again.

I’ve donated at external sites/ blood drives and it’s been fine, but this location seems to always have some problem, either with me or friends that have gone in the past. They will relentlessly call you, but going in, in my experience, has been a bit of a pain. Most recently, they decided my BP levels were too high for a donation, but they wouldn’t let me sit next to my friend who was donating with me, or sit in the lobby. I make an appointment here try to help some people who maybe need blood,but the worker there impolite and Deliberately make things difficult, no one should donate any blood in here
