Normally I have a positive experience when donating here. Today had a negative vibe. Tech gave a good clean stick and donation went quick otherwise.
I do use Vitalant for blood donation for 5 years. Made 13 blood donations for 5 years. I had online account on Vitalant web portal for 5 years. Never used any points I earned for 5 years of blood donation. I got 2150+ points(450 of them just were annuled because I didn't use them in time). Recently, just for experiment, decided to order 2 Walmart gift cards, using my points on my account. Next day Vitalant just blocked my account. Before I had BP issues this was my go to location. Going to get back soon as I miss donating. Great staff, great facility.... Makes giving a pleasure
This is not like bio life plasma donations. More like gift card points. Waste of time if you need "quick cash".
I have asked repeatedly to be removed from your system and for the phone calls to stop. I DO NOT WANT/NEED YOUR SERVICES!!! I have blocked close to 30 phone numbers at this point. STOP CONTACTING ME!!!
