Great way to be able to save and impact lives!
I’ve been going here consistently for over 10 years, always a great staff and facility. Never once have I had a problem. Short wait times if I had an appointment. Even when I didn’t have an appointment the wait wasn’t long. If they were already overbooked, if they were they’d tell me and I’d go another day. The one star reviews are comical.
Very friendly staff but I can’t recommend this place. The bruised the heck out of my arm trying to increase the flow.
I have an ongoing bad experience with this blood donation. My son who is 18 years old, gave his first donation back in the spring time. He had a bad reaction and fainted. The staff was prepared, and they immediately helped him with his medical needs, which I was grateful for. But they absolutely insisted that I send him to the emergency room. They finally convinced me he needed to go, the ambulance and eight EMTs came in, put him on a stretcher and took him the three minute drive to the Highlands Ranch hospital. There he was... read more
