Just gave blood at this location for the first time and everything went great! Every staff member was friendly and professional, and the whole process was smooth and efficient.
My boyfriend comes here every month, we make an appointment and always wait way longer than we are told, today we came in and they completely skipped over him because someone wrote his name and the guy couldn’t read it. So he put the card down and called someone else. Crazy. We won’t be back to donate here. We will go elsewhere.
If you want a weekly spam call and voicemail from this place for the rest of your life, then 5 stars. If you’re a normal human being, then 1 star. Haven’t been here in 10 years and still get a weekly spam call.
Great way to be able to save and impact lives!
I’ve been going here consistently for over 10 years, always a great staff and facility. Never once have I had a problem. Short wait times if I had an appointment. Even when I didn’t have an appointment the wait wasn’t long. If they were already overbooked, if they were they’d tell me and I’d go another day. The one star reviews are comical.
