I always have a good experience. I started donating platelets and plasma at St. Mary's a few years ago. When Vitalant took over I decided to keep going. I am always treated courteously and with respect. The staff is always very nice and caring. Chloe and Rhea are always great!
Staff is good. Scheduling your appointment is ridiculous. App is a pain.
They never stop calling texting and emailing. Don’t use them if you hate spam
My husband and I donate at Vitalant on a regular basis. The staff is wonderful! It's always an easy process to donate. I've never had telemarketers try to call me and ask me to donate (as a previous reviewer mentioned) and it's quick and easy to book an appointment online or when I'm at the center donating. You can also complete your pre-donation questions online the day of your appointment to save time. A+ experience.
I love the staff here. Very clean facility. Staff is always friendly and respectful.
