I always have a good experience. I started donating platelets and plasma at St. Mary's a few years ago. When Vitalant took over I decided to keep going. I am always treated courteously and with respect. The staff is always very nice and caring. Chloe and Rhea are always great!
Staff is good. Scheduling your appointment is ridiculous. App is a pain.
They never stop calling texting and emailing. Don’t use them if you hate spam
