Great friendly service. First time donating and they made the process a breeze. Fill out forms online prior to arrival to save more time. Entire process was less than 15 minutes.
I always have a good experience. I started donating platelets and plasma at St. Mary's a few years ago. When Vitalant took over I decided to keep going. I am always treated courteously and with respect. The staff is always very nice and caring. Chloe and Rhea are always great!
