Never a person working in the Dartmouth office. Getting an oxygen generator replaced and bottles refilled are almost impossible. If you call you do get a person but they are not from the Dartmouth office and in my experience can not reach them either. This branch has very poor leadership and or staff that really appears to not care about the people they are there to support. This company is extremely disorganized in its billing department. I was overcharged in July it is now January and I am still playing phone and email tag with both Ontario and Dartmouth offices in order to have it resolved. The deal with frail seniors a lot with their home oxygen program and I would advise people to check their invoices and credit card statements monthly to ensure the same thing does not happen to them. I would not recommend them at all due to their very poor customer service.
This place has terrible service. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea in November of 2022. I had to call the clinic from December- March to get them to send the results to my Doctor. Finally after staying on two phones, one with Vital Air on Portland St. And my doctors office to confirm they sent my results to find out I have sleep apnea. It’s now been another 2 months since my doctor sent the prescription for a machine and I’ve called four times to keep being told the consultant will call me!! I just want to sleep!
