We have had an excellent experience with Amie at Vital Aire in Kitchener. I was recently diagnosed with restrictive lung desire and in need of oxygen therapy for exertion. Amie was very fast with obtaining the equipment and concentrator for my home. She provided all the necessary information and support while adjusting to this new stage in life. Recently started using their oxygen concentrator units. They were extremely responsive to our needs and arrived within hours. Their rep Amie is exceptionally pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful and goes out of her way to provide excellent service and support.
