I am so thankful for Zara and her encouragement as she helped me get set up for my first APAP machine! She was so informative and enthusiastic and I feel very confident and excited to start this treatment and see the results take place. My experiences at VitalAire were very unpleasant. In meetings I was rushed and patronized. Before beginning my mandatory 1-month trial, I had to purchase a mask, after only a brief, hurried fitting. I had to rent the CPAP machine. I then discovered that other companies will provide several masks to try (for free) before making a purchase, and will provide a machine rent-free for the trial period. I will advise my sleep doctor not to send other patients here.
I can’t say enough about how wonderful and helpful the VitalAire employees were. They were so friendly and helpful. It was a delight to be there.
