Zara did a great job walking me through how to use the CPAP machine, mask, and app. She patiently answered my calls and questions every time. I compared prices with other providers, and VitalAire is quite competitive in the KW area. The only suggestion I would make for management is to review the Advanced Care Plan fees.
Zara and team are amazing. Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate, and professional. I highly recommend their services.
Can you imagine being laughed at trying to explain that you can't breath because the air is too strong. Everything is fine she says you only had this many episodes. This was a average over so many days not taking into account I was sleeping, or that the matching was blowing in while I was trying to blow out.
