Do not purchase a mask from them. They tried to charge me $274.00 for a replacement. I found the exact model on Amazon for $130.00. When I called the head office they had no explanation at all. Zero. They did say however, that not everybody would think to go online to find it, which to me felt very predatory. Preying on the elderly with fixed incomes or those less knowledgeable about shopping online feels really icky.
