Wonderful staff and doctor. Got me in same day to treat my sick tortoise, Rocky.
The staff genuinely care about the pets. The place was very clean. Our little boy was well cared for.
I can’t recommend Vital Vet in Chesapeake enough. They went completely above and beyond for us and our cat, Cheem. We were in a serious time crunch trying to get her health certificate finalized for travel to St. Thomas (something that normally takes weeks) and they made it happen fast. Not only did they prioritize us and get everything done ASAP, but they also managed to keep the cost down to just around $280, which was a huge relief during an already stressful process. Took my senior chihuahuas here yesterday and had a wonderful experience! The staff were so so sweet and very informative. And the exam rooms were very clean as well. You can certainly tell they truly love what they do!
