They were wonderful!! I’m so happy a vet this close can handle my bird babies too! I brought my Mango (f) a small conure for beak overgrowth. They handled her so gently…… exam was gentle too! She’s getting her beak done now with light sedation!! Happy birdie going home! Happy Mommy too!
I took my cat to Vital Vet after having some ongoing concerns. From the second I walked in I knew my experience was going to be great. My cat, Frankie, is timid and nervous in unfamiliar environments. When I entered the lobby, the receptionist checked me in with a smile, calm music was playing, and I only waited maybe 2 minutes to be taken back into a room. To be honest, it was our first time there; the staff are very kind and professional. They had an appointment available when I explained that it was an emergency involving our cockatiel, and they took care of us. We are happy to have visited you. Everyone Theay are amazing !!! What I appreciated most is The service we received and their willingness to assist us with our urgent situation.
I cannot say enough about Vital Vet and the excellent services they provide. They saved Millie and Lycan my 2 dogs. They are extremely understanding and work hard to offer all possible options medically and financially so your best friends get the best possible care. I am eternally thankful for this Team and will continue to work with them for the best care for my animals.
They overcharge for the service they perform. My pup was sick and they did xrays and ultrasound. Went back days later they wanted to do another type of ultrasound that was supposedly more detailed. Asked why that wasnt done first. Gave a lame excuse. So over 3000 and they still dont know whats fully wrong. Then wanted 250 a week for his meds, went to Banfield where I have a wellness plan same meds less than 50. The kicker is they wanted me to pay them 25 pre prescription to write them to take to a pharmacy. Can we say no com... read more
