The staff was not friendly nor helpful, did not know what hey were doing on my case, no communication, just took X-rays, the dentist look in my mouth , next thing I knew I was leaving, I was to be getting a cleaning, but they made another appointment for later, no communication.

I give a three, because the staff was very friendly. But the dentist that I had, kept leaving for a length of time instead of working on my tooth. He was nice but didn't value my time. I don't know about the other dentist so I cannot comment on their performance.

I was there for an appointment about having some tooth pulled at which time was in pain. I sat in the waiting room for about an hour and a half before going to the back. Once back there x-rays were done and a tech came back with a prescription stating I had an abscess and needed antibiotics. I had to ask to see the dr because I was told I was done. Never been to an appointment without seeing the doctor after paying to do such.

Went in to have Roth pulled and fix a loose crown and all the extraction wast and stl isn’t all removed and crown fell off right after leaving and now I got to go back for 3rd consecutive time
