wasted my time, had an ortho appointment today at 10am, Didn’t advise or call to tell me they were closed, and that they will be reopening on april 16 then when i called it’s april 17th so which is it? Lady up front was very rude, giving a whole attitude like girl i was just tryna ask if i can reschedule and gave me a no in an attitude. Will be switching ortho because this has been going on for a while now and i’m sick and tired of it. Do not recommended at all.
If I could give this place no stars I would ! I have no problem with the front desk or the assistant that was in the room but the one that was so unprofessional so rude, had me in tears and I am pregnant and had no empathy or compassion was Dr Robert embry! I had a terrible experience with him ! So, my babies went today being referred there by Valley Wide Dental. I gotta few names today simply for this review. Dr. Duke, Ionna, and I believe Dr. Duke's other assistant was named Courtney, all were absolutely amazing. They made my babies feel at home. They eased any uncomfortable feelings my babies had during their procedure and process. They were really welcoming. Very professional and personable all in the same.
