It's a madhouse every time I had to take my child there. Kids running everywhere and they seem to always overbook appointments so you're waiting 2 hours just for a cleaning! Also the dentist never comes out and talks to the parents only the hygienist and every time I've asked to speak to the dentist they've left . Pick another dentist for your child save yourself the headache.
Dont like vital smiles every since a boy around 8 years old hit my lil girl 3 years old made her noise bleed and they said nothing to the parents.
