Great service outstanding at vital sleep wellness on 4330 medical Dr suite 140 and my technician was Ms.Linda
Vital Sleep went out of their way to accommodate me when my physician was going to charge me $1,500 for a sleep study. The ability to work with them to pay out of pocket saved me almost $1,300 and their customer service could not have been better. This is a supportive and responsive organization that my husband is now also going to use for his sleep study. Highly recommend because they truly care! Thank you so much, Vital Sleep!
I took a sleep test months ago. The billing department is harassing me via mail about me not returning a charging cable (that I never received with my sleep test). They are threatening to send my bill to a collections company. Feels like a scam.
EDIT: 11/18/2023 This is an amendment to previous review posted. I have no problem taking the time to add additional information when such an action is warranted. In this case, as soon as I posted previous review various places, their COO called me directly. To say he was mortified is an understatement. He dug into my specific case, identified the gaps, and helped move the needle. Ultimately we identified where my ongoing saga was stuck and thanks to Vital Sleep, we're back on track. Very inefficient staff and service. They called after hours which I could not take. There device was unsatisfactory which I completed few times. I was not able to use their equipment according to my insurance requirements. To my great surprise they asked me to pay them rental fee which was even higher than the equipment cost. Not sure how they run the business. Thanks for providing me a response after 4 years. Your response proved my point again.
