Receptionist is rude and very unprofessional. I was referred here and was able to get in a appointment, receptionist sent documents over late needed for appointment, gave very incorrect information, I questioned her on it. She canceled my appointment 15 minutes before! And advised she’ll or the doctor would call me back. Never happened. The next morning I called and realized my number had been blocked. My wife received a mental health referral from TriCare for severe depression and anxiety. When she called to set up her appointment, the person who answered the phone said “Sorry, we’re not accepting new clients with ADD symptoms, Thank You” and hung up before my wife could say anything in response. It’s baffling that someone with a legitimate issue gets stonewalled like this when they are seeking help. I do not recommend that anyone utilize this office and I will be making a complaint with TriCare that will hopefully remove... read more
