I can't recommend Chili and Vital highly enough. Most importantly, her plan worked and what I went in to work through - lower back pain - was resolved. Equally important, she was patient, clear in her suggestions, adaptable in her approach, and was just a pleasure to meet with. She also proactively told me when she thought I was ready to do the routines on my own without further PT, which I very much appreciated.
