Vital Life Wellness has very kind nurses, On 03/10/2017 I saw N.P. Cervantes for the first time, I wasn't feeling well, the staff & N.P. Cervantes went above & beyond with my care they gave me a very good pumpkin bread. Mr, Johnny, Angelina, & the young lady who checked me in, to the young lady that took all my demographics, they were kind and very professional. Thank You! The staff is wonderful and the doctors are very thorough
I cannot say THANK YOU enough to NP Cervantes. He treated my husband so well today and we truly felt he cared about his wellbeing. He made sure we were good to go and even took time to talk to the cardiologist. I have had a great experience also with Dr. Aquino and her assistant. I know we made the right choice.
Before I found Vital Life I couldn't lose weight, I had severe allergic reactions to foods, stuff in the air, 2 bald spots in my head, joint issues, eczema, asthma, extreme fatigue, dark rough bumpy skin on my elbows, legs, butt, dark mask over my forehead and cheeks, etc... I'd been told nothing and everything from I was depressed, I was just getting old, I'm not allergic to anything, metabolism changes after childbirth, and a myriad of other horse hockey.
