I saw a nurse practitioner who didn’t even order any tests for the primary reason I came to see her. I guess she forgot. Then I had abnormal test results and they didn’t bother to let me know. I went in to pick up my labs because I was so disappointed with the practice and they gave me someone else’s lab work which is against the law. Really incompetent place and I paid cash too! After moving here from the Midwest, I was certain I would not be able to find a medical practitioner to take over my natural hormone adjustments. I stumbled upon Vital Life and have been completely thrilled with all their services! Yes . . . the phone system isn't good, but the staff is amazing. Update! Today I ran out of medication that can cause me to have seizures from withdrawal. I still cannot get any help! I have been going here for years. I still cannot reach a live person. I can't leave a message for a refill. They have the sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy three THREE times. The patient portal they tell you to send messages is not working. You can't call anyone to schedule an appointment. You might get someone if you pretend to be a new patient. I guess I might have to go in person and see if I ca... read more

If i could give you zero stars i would. Vital Life Wellness has great potential, but they take on way too many patients than they can serve. They dont answer phone calls for patient questions or have any bedside manners. My last few visits i have only seen a PA or a Nurse. The doctors are NEVER available. They are only there to take your money and push pharmaceuticals... very poor service. Texas Med Clinic is better at this point.

I had my first consult with Dr. AQUINO-WHITE, and both the staff and doctor were wonderful. The doctor spent time with me, and listened to my concerns, offered solutions that were on target with my age, health and goals, and made me feel as if my health was a collaborative goal. Happy to have located a convenient, modern, integrative practice!
The service is acceptable. However trying to get through the phone lines to either set up an appointment or speak to the receptionist is the worst ever. Every time I have called their direct line it will take literally 20-30 minutes to get a live person during their hours. I am debating on finding another Wellness Center.

I am so thankful for Dr. Bernice Gonzales. She is a great listener, puts her patients first and doesn't push the meds! She's a problem solver and fixes problems instead of treating symptoms. Being a thyroid cancer survivor, I have complete trust in her helping me navigate my thyroid disease. Many thanks to her and her AWESOME staff.
Every provider is excellent. There have been several times when I was the last appointment of the day and they still provided excellent and thorough care. I also love the functional medicine approach. It has changed my life. I refer everyone I know to Vital Life Wellnes.
