My thyroid issues are worse now than they were when I began seeing my NP a year ago. I am more miserable and have even worse symptoms from my hypothyroidism than I did a year ago. I am so frustrated and disappointed. Thanks for wasting a year of my life.

Had an 8 am appointment this morning and received a call at 7:45 telling me my appointment has been canceled. I have 3 kids on spring break and had to pay for a babysitter to make this appointment. Not to mention I was asked to confirm my appointment twice last week. This is not my first issue with this place and have given multiple opportunities for the issues to be corrected but this is ridiculous.
