I had a mastectomy 6 months ago and went through a second surgery in April . Due to the surgeries I had limited range of motion. I was so happy to have discovered Vital Life & Sarah. With the Myofacial release I have made major gains in my range of motion and have been able to get back into the gym to weight lift . I actually was able to do a handstand for the first time since November! Thanks Sarah !! I highly recommend Vital Life, you won't be disappointed .
I have the pleasure of not only working with Sarah but also seeing her for my migraines, neck, and shoulder pain related to a herniated C5-C6. I always feel relief after her myofacial release sessions. I leave feeling so much better and so relaxed while being able to continue to fully perform my job as a COTA.
