Waited 15 minutes to be checked in, had to come up to the front desk after people who came after me were checked in constantly and so was not called, so had to remind them that I am here! Waited an hour to have CT-Scan done! Which is 3-4 minutes test. I came on time. Waited again for the CD. People are coughing in the waiting area, sick. There are no masks or working hands disinfectants. So very poor experience. Similar to the past 3 visits here for myself for the same test and for my mom for the same CT Scan.
Great experience ! Ladies at the front desk were very nice and attentive. I wait less than 15 min for them to call for my x-ray. The attention and service was excellent 👌
