Do not let Vital Hospice take care of your loved one. Cathy the director of nursing told the family "call or text me anytime" what she didn't say, it would take several hours to a day to return a call or text. Hedi the RN assigned to the patient lacked compassion and safety. The patient (male) is 6'5" and was down to 130 pounds, extremely weak and was oxygen dependent the slight movement he would not be able to breath.
