Not a problem with eggs. Problem with the lies that they put out about their pasture raised eggs. I've raised chickens, lots of people have raised chickens, they lie about how they do it. They're out in the pasture, a very short period of time, they spend a lot of time in confined spaces.And there 's thousands and thousands and thousands of them, not a couple hundred scattered in a giant pasture, their liars, just be honest. They sold out their customers. Now their brand image is a hollowed out husk of what they marketed their brand as. It ls hard to believe it was ever about a quality product, humane farming practice, and equitable business practice and not just a rug pull.

I had an issue with one of vital farms products. I emailed the customer service center and was contacted within an hour. They immediately apologized and sent me a new batch of eggs, along with a dozen long stem roses 🌹 The shock on my face when I saw them and the joy I felt at the customer service I received, was immense. They are the golden standard for customer service.
