There is no truer testament to quality than a healthy snack that vanishes from the refrigerator. While the slightly less expensive eggs used to linger in the fridge, the Vital Farms version seems to have a "half-life" of about ten minutes once my family spots them. Adding a bit of Pink Himalayan salt to these rich tasting eggs is heavenly. I had a small issue with the shape of two eggs that were probably slightly deformed by air bubbles. Have you read the latest nutritional assessment of their eggs? This is not a local farm. It's among the largest in our country, and they've been price gouging us for years, only to make massive profits and provide low quality. Unbelievable. Never buying another egg from these people.
Their eggs are truly pasture-raised and ethically produced. Wonderful products. I really hope they keep their honest and high standards so we can keep buying their products.
