Vital care was absolutely a genuine experience. They had one on one professional service that attended to my every need. If you come here you will not be disappointed. The establishment is very clean tidy quiet there's nothing more that you can ask.

I have been going to Vital Care for more than 18 months with 3-day treatments every 3 weeks. The pharmacist and intake staff were very good at resolving an issue with my insurance company. They were very good at scheduling my treatments around times that worked for me. The nurses are fabulous, very knowledgeable as well as lite hearted. Making the daily treatments as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend Vital Care of Tulsa

I am going through a really difficult time with my daughter's neurological diagnosis. First time I talked to the infusion care I explained how time sensitive this treatment was and specifically asked them to keep me informed about the insurance authorization process in case of denial. I have called multiple times, and no one almost NEVER answers the phone. When they finally answered they couldn't even find my daughter in their system. fast forwarding, almost two months later. From start to finish the staff at this place are amazing, patient, kind, and faithful. True servants to their patients. They accept a wide range of insurances, knock out denials and are great at getting medications approved when other pharmacies give up! Being able to have a home infusion versus being in a large room with other patients is THE way to go! Why go to a hospital or clinics when I can kick back and relax in my own home?! Highly recommend!
