I have loved my experiences getting infusions at the vital care in Lexington! They are always so fast and efficient at getting you in and out, while still taking the time to be personable, helpful, and make you feel cared for. Jimmy, the pharmacist, went above and beyond by calling and helping me set up my discount card and making sure my injections were shipped without any hassle. Tammy is wonderful! I’m very grateful for the care and professionalism I’ve received during my infusions. They always make me feel comfortable, listened to, and well cared for throughout the process. Their kindness, patience, and attention to detail make what could otherwise be a stressful experience much easier. I truly appreciate the compassion and dedication they bring to every visit and would highly recommend them.
I just wanted to say how awesome this place is. I have been to other facilities but this is the best by far. The staff is very friendly and professional and one person in particular is Tammy. She is so nice and goes above and beyond and takes so much pride in her profession. She will do anything to help you and makes sure you are well taken care of from scheduling, getting insurance approval to when you are getting your infusion. She is by fare the best.
