We had a new A/C unit installed in September of last year. It was a tough job and it was right before Irma. Rodney and his crew worked above and beyond putting in extra hours to make sure it was done and that all the debris was gone before the storm. There were a few issues with the unit and Raymond was very responsive and got them fixed quickly. We are so pleased with Vital Air and its excellent technician, Joshua. During the past few days Joshua worked so hard to resolve our HVAC issue. Because of the nature of the problem, Joshua had to return several times with replacement parts - all of these trips made in the treacherous conditions caused by the recent snowstorm. Scott sorry to see this, we are not giving up on finding out your particular issue. When last we were out there the sound meter was reading 78 db on a 76 db rated system, after changing out your compressor. Not much we could do at the time when it was working well within specs. If it has gotten louder please contact office for us to possibly return or schedule one of our great Field service Representatives from Lennox to see what is next step.
