RecommendedVital Air is just that to my AC/Heater systems. They are on-time, courteous, and respectful. They wear masks and booties. I like that once you are set up in the system communications is done via text around your appt. date and arrival of technician. I was with my last company 15 years, when I heard about Vital I price compared. WOW! What a difference. Please check them out.

We had a mysterious leak coming from our bathroom exhaust fan vent during two rain storms in the past year. After a thorough interior inspection [no problems discovered], the technician [Hector Muñoz] checked the outside. Wasps had built a nest inside the exhaust outlet. The out-of-sight nest occasionally prevented a flap from closing, thus allowing rain to enter. Great job of detective work, leading to an easy fix. Thank you Vital Air!
