They didn’t try to upsell me and actually talked me out of a bigger, more expensive system another HVAC company tried to sell me in favor of a few adjustments to my ducts and a smaller, more efficient system. They were more concerned with my needs and budget than trying to make a quick sale. They took the time to do the job right and help me make an informed purchase.
