The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

The orthodontic work is subpar. Dr Vitagliano doesn't touch the patients he only takes a look and unlicensed assistants treat the patients (most of them can't speak English) The results are average at best and there are many hidden fees especially the permanent retainers which constantly break although they call them permanent. STAY AWAY!!!
