Was the waiting area spacious? No, multiple people had to stand Were the staff members able to answer your questions? The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Not at all. Would you recommend this orthodontist to others? Yes Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes
