Matt is the man! Positive environment, quality coaching. Enough said.
Literally the worst gym and most unprofessional owner I have ever experienced. Do not work with Matt Norman. Please see my attached photo from my review on Facebook. Theses google reviews are from Matt’s friends a few favored clients. I would absolutely not recommend this business or working with Matt Norman. There are better places and programs for you, your children, and your money.
Through Vitae, I was able to achieve better results in all aspects of my workouts. They helped me become the strongest I have ever been and also feel the most confident in my technique. I am now able to train consistently and injury free so I know I willl continue to climb higher and higher. The coaches are excellent at programming and providing support/feedback, but my favourite thing about training with Vitae is the atmosphere of positive reinforcement.
