Amazing experience with the entire Vitacare team! Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and truly cared about making the visit comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Lee is a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional. You can immediately feel the level of expertise and attention to detail. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt confident and well taken care of. I highly recommend Vitacare to anyone looking for quality care and a great patient experience. Not sure why this amazing place has a 3 star rating because they were phenomenal to me,came here last week to get blood work done for a procedure I was quoted for at many places for $800 and only paid $180! This included lab work and apt visit,very easy to schedule appt,Doctor Lee was amazing and all of his staff are very friendly.They speak Korean,English and Spanish but you mostly see Korean people as it is located in a very Korean populated area..after a week my lab work was ready and as soon as I arrived they had my pack... read more
Not worth your time. They never follow up with you. You need to actively call them to find out if they are working on your case. The doctor only come to the office on Monday, your test result does not matter because you will have to wait for the next Monday. If you are in a rush avoid this place at all cost. Staff is not helpful.
I've been visiting Vitacare for several years. Staffs are very helpful and Doctor Lee is amazing.
