Have been calling for 2 weeks only busy signals. Response to email tells me to call. Need to speak with them ASAP.
This company is terrible!!!!!!😡 you can’t get in touch we no one on the the phone I. There office. I’ve been calling for a week now and nothing . Left chats and still nothing . I have a machine that needs to be serviced and can’t get any help and u need my oxygen!!!!!!!!! The phone is always a busy signal from opening to closing even on the closed days on weekends. Ridiculous this company is a scam im calling corporate on them!!!!
My husband and I ordered a wheelchair that we only needed for a weekend, and have been trying to return it for about two months now. Is this place closed? We've gone by the shop 1-2 times weekly. Nobody answers calls, voicemail or anything. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

i took my scooter to vitacare and they were suppose to fix it. i had spoke to jamal before and he said he had ordered the parts and never heard from him again. they still have my scooter. i have called many times to jamal and to the business number. it goes to voicemail and jamals number just cuts my call. its been almost 2 months now and i have gone to the shop and its closed. someone needs to return my scooter back to me because i am beign forced to make it a legal matter now.
