Très bon service et compréhensif !
Just couldn’t book a simple appointment for the unprofessionalism of the woman who took the call, So got back to another clinic. She was unable to explain clearly the appropriate procedure to book an appointment and sound rude. Not gonna call again.
I was given a requisition from my doctor for an ECG with interpretation. I go on clic santé as directed by government and this place had spots quickly, perfect I book them. First of all, the times on clic santé are wrong because the receptionist calls me to tell me the nurse will be on break at time I booked and scheduled a different time. I definitely want to thank the receptionist Sanjana whom I spoke with over the phone prior to having my appointment. There wasn’t any appointments left for the week and she was able to squeeze me in the same day we on the phone. I was going to be out of the city next week so I thought it was very kind of her to go out of her way to find a solution. The nurse and the doctor was also very kind and the whole process for my physical was smooth and seamless. So big thank you.
I am currently in the process of obtaining a visa to study abroad and had the great fortune of finding this wonderful gem for my medical examination. First of all, I was welcomed at reception by Sanjana. She was incredibly warm, cheerful, and caring, and immediately made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in.
