Dr. Cucchiara and the nurses in this office are very efficient but the way this office is run and the front desk are the reason why I had to leave this office. You can never get ahold of an actual person on the phone it is always going to be an answering machine, even if you miss them returning a call you have to call back and leave a message for them to call back again. The Dr was very nice. Problem is the staff. I never received a perscription it was left in chart for several months. They never return phone calls and my medicine perscription was never called in. When they finally called back I told them I wouldn't be continuing they said ok? They don't care. Horrible staff Gave 1 star because you have to put something
No one is ever available when you call. In the last week I have been trying to call to get an answer to a question for an upcoming appointment, I’ve called 20+ times at varying times throughout their open times listed and nothing. Results for labs and other tests are always late and I had to call for results instead of continuing to wait more than a month when they wouldn’t call. I felt rushed the last time I saw the doctor. Doctors are good but the staff is very rude. I get an attitude when I call and even have gotten hung up when I'm in the middle of speaking. I have also gotten many surprise bills. I kept getting called about my address changing even though I had given it to them multiple times and they had even sent mail to my new address. There's also always a long wait. If you are ok with the rude staff and disorganization of the place then the doctors are ok. I personally gave it around two years and decided it was best to change.
Dr. Cucchiara is amazing! She really takes the time to listen to you she tries to connect with you. My experience with her has been nothing but positive, she genuinely takes the time to listen to your concerns and that really speaks volumes as a patient. She is now become my family doctor for my young adult son. Would recommend her to any family member or friend in a heartbeat. Thank you for being so awesome!
