Over the weekend I had an emergency in my apartment and Jesse and Nik with maintenance were super responsive and prompt to getting to my apartment, and working on the issue. During the weekend it is hard to call the maintenance team out since they are here during the week doing so much but their work this weekend was much appreciated and shows how they are always going above and beyond.
My husband and I had the opportunity to stay in the guest suite a few weeks ago. The residents were all very friendly and welcoming. The wide selection of activities are amazing and lots of fun! There was always something to do. Walking distance to downtown Littleton and the literail was such a plus as well. Thanks so much to Amy the Lifestyle coordinator, and the management team for making us feel welcome. If you are looking for Independent Senior living, I would highly recommend Vita!!
Great parking for Bacon Social House Restaurant.
Be aware they are running a parking scam with PRRS here. Even if you have a validated ticket, they will send you a "ticket". If you must park in this garage, save your receipt and be prepared to contest your charge. Then go and report them to the attorney general, PRRS has already been ordered to refund millions in fines. Best to just avoid any business that allows scams to be run out of their property.
I wish they had a way to split my ratings..most things ARE 5 Star but a few CRITICAL l items cause me to give only a two star because they upset me so much. FIRST the many good things. 1. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION..across from the court house on West Littleton Blvd you can walk to the Metro Station, Chase Bank, and the Post Office! Then the restaurants and stores are next!
