Scheduled appointment was on time. Exam was comprehensive regarding vision and overall eye health. Communication throughout from Dr. Aker was continuous and patient-centric in explaining exam protocols and outcomes. Excellent on all levels.

The optometrist was excellent and took great efforts to make sure my lens prescription was dialed in as accurate as possible. Excellent, friendly customer service. Everyone there was great. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Wow. Something was up with the guy behind the desk, a super lousy attitide. No smile, he shot daggers at me when I said hello and goodbye. Too bad, the place had a few good frame brands. But if you can't even smile and act cordial, you aren't going to get my business.
