I have been a loyal customer for about 16 years. Dan and Dawn have picked out each pair of glasses that compliment the shape of my face. They are exceptional at this process! Each pair terrified me because they weren't what I would have picked for my somewhat conservative taste, and each pair were and still are absolutely gorgeous! Went to a new eye place for my contacts and glasses since my eye doctor out in Rochester retired. Casually mentioned that I needed new glasses because my puppy, Sansa, ate mine several months back. I don't remember telling them how to spell her name or that it was from Game of Thrones - but a package just arrived in the mail addressed to her with treats for trashing my glasses!!
