We were looking into buying a new home as a family with a baby. He was extremely professional but also very honest. We appreciated it more then anything! He helped us make a great decision for our family! You don’t find very honest people anymore these days! 5/5 stars! I would recommend him to anyone e who needs an inspection!

Vince was easy and efficient to work with! He is also very fun and welcoming as a person. Answered all of our questions and gave an incredibly detailed report that helped us ask for certain things when updating our offer on our soon to be home. We felt safe and assured with Vince. Vince is awesome at explaining all the items with pros and cons of what would happen with the issues and how much you might have to spend on fixing things. He is very knowledgeable on things that go around in the house.. I would recommend him for all the home inspections.

Vincent is absolutely amazing! He answered all of our questions (including ones we didn't even know we had, LOL) and even offered solutions and fixes for each issue. His advice made it much easier to assess the true potential of the home and how much would need to go into it on the back end. This was the most thorough home inspection I've ever had, and for a home built in 1930, I was so thankful to have him in my corner checking over every nook and cranny!
