By taking better care of their employees during, and after, the COVID-19 pandemic. Make sure they have all the PPE they need to work safely. Establish proper social distancing procedures. If anyone has COVID-19 then other people can get it too. Maybe, in that case, you should shut down the plant. Make sure you have an interpreter on duty at all times to communicate with employees who do not speak English. And, most importantly, do something to help the family of Javier Escobedo.
