This company takes advantage of parents at graduation and other special occasions. They charged $42 for one 5 x 7 picture then $9 to ship it!! $51 for one picture is disgusting and highway robbery. Out of respect for women I won't say they r--- their customers!
There was a lack of communication but it was addressed and corrected by the owner. I appreciate the willingness of her to correct the issues.
Obviously rushed school pictures. Hard to understand why the photographer isn't more considerate to hair in face and other regular details. Sadly we don't have a choice with what the school district picks. Also other companies offer other features that I would be happy to pay for that arent offered.
VIP always does a decent job with their photography, however their Senior Portrait pricing is absolutely outrageous. Some packages are close to $500! and the least expensive is $34 for a measly 4x6 including a $9! shipping charge. Price gouging at it's best.
They're very professional & truly care about their customers. And it's a great place to work at!
