It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone at this company. Emails go unanswered, voice mails to multiple people are never returned. It’s impossible to call and actually speak to anyone. That is terrible customer service.

We had a great experience with our son’s senior pictures at VIP in Cedarburg; from Becky who set up our session and answered all our questions, to the amazing photographer Steve. My son is not a fan of having his picture taken, and Steve was so good at making him comfortable! The pictures turned out amazing, we couldn’t have asked for better service all around. Thank you!

I ordered my son’s graduation photo. They sent the WRONG PHOTO!!! It was of a girl, different race, and completely different school!!!! My order shows a thumbnail of my son’s picture. The one I received wasn’t even close! And this is BLATANT DISRESPECT for my son’s privacy!!!! This was supposed to be a gift for Christmas. When I contacted the company, I received an auto response with a statement that the company is closed for over a week!!!
Awful service from Lindsey in Wheeling. She was unprofessional and unwilling to find a solution to retake important photos like my sons senior pictures..
Not impressed 1 bit with the school pictures. Quality is poor and it looks like they were printed off. Over priced for what you get. Had vball pictures taken in October & still not received any notification about when we will be receiving the pictures. Hope we dont use them again. Very disappointed!
