I am extremely disappointed with this center due to their lack of professionalism and poor communication. My husband who has glaucoma and diabetes, had an appointment scheduled months in advance, and he received multiple reminders. However when he arrived, he was denied care because he didn't bring a translator-something we were never informed about. My experience in Visual Helth and surgical I have got the Best attention 99.9 of the workers are very professional. Also, the doctors I cannot complain on the one person of the entire building was not nice but one percent doesn’t count 99.9.is good I got a pension from three different doctors. My dad is being going there for more than 2 years, Diabetic following with Dr H. After rescheduling him 3 times (doctor out of town, doctor's name not in insurance referral), he was dismissed because he does not speak English fluently. All prior appointments, it is only: "you are good, see you in 6 months", now he needs to speak English with no prior warning, all explained in perfect Spanish by the personnel at the front desk. Worse waiting time ever I been in the same chair for over 1:30 minutes no one check on you or ask if u want water at least it’s torture
The staff was very friendly well organized and made me feel like they cared. The doctor went overboard to make sure that he took care of me. Great experience.
