Even though it was busy when I arrived it was not a bad wait. Everyone was so very nice & pleasant. Dr Miller explained about cataracts & how the procedure goes. I was not rushed asking questions. A nice Dr / office experience 👍😊

I had a very disappointing experience at Visual Health in West Palm Beach. I went in for an appointment while also trying to resolve an insurance billing issue on the phone with my provider. During my visit, I observed extremely unprofessional behavior from the front desk staff. When my father approached the reception area to ask a question, he was spoken to rudely and told to sit down in a disrespectful tone. Iam very happy I chose Visual Health I had my proseager for my eye today, And everything was on point. Every time I go in for appointment they treat u with Alot of tender loving care. But above all Professional!! Thank u all !!

The staff both in person and over the phone are extremely and unnecessarily RUDE. The major of the patients are of significant age and unable to maneuver the internet, which forced them to call for appointment. After a lengthy hold the staff returns with no resolve to the matter for which they are calling and an attitude making the patient feel as if they are a bother. A bit of empathy training would go a long way for This staff.
