I visited Visual health surgical center for 5 years Dr William Martin and his staff showed the highest level of professionalism. The were kind and made fell comfortable throughout my care. Anni explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all my questions she gave me great confidence in the treatment and I received. Dr. William Martin, Annie and the staff are amazing! I had laser on the left eye and am scheduled for cataract extraction by laser soon. Everything was explained in detail and tons of questions answered completely with openness. I highly recommend Visual Health for complete eye care! UPDATE—had cataract surgery yesterday. I was so very well taken care of and everyone was explained every step of the way. I continue to recommend Dr. Martin and everyone at Visual Health!! TEN STARS!!
Everyone is very attentive. They make you feel at ease with a feeling of nothing to worry about, we got you and they do. You just lay there and relax everything with be okay. About a year ago I came here and some of the staff were awful, totally unhelpful and completely lacked hospitality. Today, I decided to come back and I was met with Sarah! Sarah is absolutely wonderful and honestly if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have rated my experience today so high. Very friendly staff. I had recent cataract surgery which was 2 hours delayed only because the doctor had an emergency surgery. My laser surgery was precise and quick. Very pleased. Claudia
