I had a very disappointing experience at Visual Health in West Palm Beach. I went in for an appointment while also trying to resolve an insurance billing issue on the phone with my provider. During my visit, I observed extremely unprofessional behavior from the front desk staff. When my father approached the reception area to ask a question, he was spoken to rudely and told to sit down in a disrespectful tone. Iam very happy I chose Visual Health I had my proseager for my eye today, And everything was on point. Every time I go in for appointment they treat u with Alot of tender loving care. But above all Professional!! Thank u all !!
Staff was so professional and personable. I was seen with no wait and exams were done by knowledgeable staff. Dr. Hearing took time and understood my concerns and recommended products for my dry eyes and inflammation and understood my concern for macular degeneration. I feel lucky to have found this center.
I am very satisfied with the care I have received for the past 10 yrs from Visual Health and Surgical Center. As my medical history got more complex (Pre-diabetes, Lupus, Fibromyalgia, Sjogrens disease). I am glad they have been helping me to manage my glaucoma, cataracts, dry eyes from Sjogrens disease and monitor for complications from my diabetes. They are efficient and caring.
